Family Travel Delights loves Green Travel. Choosing eco friendly and stylish accommodations is much easier these days.Thinking of Green I see the walls of the Icon Hotel in Hong Kong and the Musée du quai Branly in Paris. And from New York to Amsterdam more Green @ rooftop farm projects. In spring 2013 Paris will have a Green Right Bank with cycle paths and floating gardens in the Seine. The bicycle culture is expanding. Urban cycling is a popular form of transportion in Copenhagen and Amsterdam. In Amsterdam you will see urban parents with cargobikes, loaded with children. Worldwide there will be more bike sharing programmes like the Velib' in Paris. How lovely and cool to see a city by bike.

Green Paradise

You will never forget the Green Color of the ricefields in the Emerald Paradise of Bali. A visit to the Green School in Bali with your children is one to remember too. Hiking with your children in Monteverde Cloud Forest in Costa Rica is a beautiful souvenir. Another one is the Treehotel in Sweden. A Wow in a lifetime experience and if you are lucky you will see the Green Northern Lights. Bring back home the jungle fever because the tropical shade of Green is in fashion this Spring. 

Last but not least one of the best Green travel souvenirs is to plant a Tree.

Hotel Icon, Hong Kong
